These terms cover your use of kildepet.com and any purchase you make here. kildepet.com is operated by ADOMBROOKS LOGISTICS LLC, trading as KildePet ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and payment

All prices are in US dollars. An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that we can't fulfil, that looks fraudulent, or that was placed at a clearly incorrect price.

Bundles and free gifts

The Fountain + 6 Filters Free bundle includes one fountain, one Ionstream™ filter 6-pack and the Hydration Playbook e-book at the bundle price shown at checkout. Free gifts have no cash value and can't be exchanged or refunded separately. If a bundle fountain is returned under the guarantee, you keep the gifts.

Shipping

See our shipping page. Delivery estimates are estimates; we're not liable for carrier delays, but we will always help chase a late parcel.

Using the product

The fountain is designed for dogs and cats to drink from indoors. Use ordinary tap water, keep the pump submerged, and replace filter pads as described in the guide that comes with it. Information on this site and in the Hydration Playbook is general pet-care information, not veterinary advice.

Your account and communications

By ordering you agree to receive transactional emails about your order. Marketing emails are optional and every one has an unsubscribe link.

Intellectual property

The Kilde, KildePet, Zeroscale™ and Ionstream™ names, the site content and the e-book are ours. You may not copy or resell them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ADOMBROOKS LOGISTICS LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
