When will I get it?

There are two parts to it, and they're separate.

• Processing: about 3 business days from the moment you order until the box is packed and handed to the carrier.
• Delivery: 7–15 business days after that.

All in, most orders arrive 10–14 business days from the day you order — not 2 or 3 days. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it ships, so you can see exactly where it is the whole way.

Where we ship

Anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Bundles

The Fountain + 6 Filters Free bundle ships as one parcel: fountain, pump, cable and the Ionstream™ 6-pack in the same box. The Hydration Playbook e-book is delivered by download link.

Tracking says delivered but nothing's here?

Check with neighbours and around the property first — carriers often mark parcels delivered a few hours early. If it hasn't turned up by the next business day, email us and we'll open a trace with the carrier and, if it's lost, send a replacement.

Changes and cancellations

Need to change the size or the address? Email us within a few hours of ordering and we'll fix it. Once the parcel has been handed to the carrier we can't redirect it, but the 90-day guarantee still applies once it arrives.
